P Control Mix 9 - full version

Always hated this remix in its form on the Crystal Ball set.

But I love all of the parts he cut out of the full length version. Basically all the funky instrumental breaks. Almost makes it worth sitting through 9 minutes of this otherwise droning remix.

Prince is most likely pound for pound, the greatest rock star of all time...

but P Control and Dead On It should have never been recorded...not by P, anyway

as great as Prince is/was, his attempts at rapping were always unintentional comedy...i would listen and be embarrassed for him and Tony M.

until "U Know"

its like on "U Know", a lightbulb finally went off in his head and unlocked the secrets of current rhyme patterns
