Prince's movie career would have been fine if it only consisted of Purple Rain and Sign O The Times.The other two films pretty much ruined it for him (although I like parts of UTCM).

2. SOTT - 5½/10 Music is perfect, but its a fairly grainy concert movie.

3. UTCM - 5/10 Camp and not bad, okay the acting is wooden, but some geniunely funny and campy moments and you can't help but feel sorry for Prince's character as he is a self caressing twerp with a heart.

4. Graffiti Bridge - 1/10 This is not a movie, it is an abortion

1. Livesexy - A superlative concert movie 8/10

2. Three Chains of Gold - Ridiculous storyline, but the songs really save it 6/10

3. Gett Off thing from 1991 - Cool dancing and songs, but again silly dialogue 5/10

4. Live documentart from 2003/04 the one with Chance Howard and all those people 3/10

5. ???? Black and white thing with Greg and Wally playing two bums at a social gathering c1986 with Madhouse music. The fact I barely remember it, is testament to how bad it is.

1. Muppet show 1996/97 - Actually unintentionally funny and also very bad acting, barely recognised the new muppets (Was this show a kolossal floparoo) - 5/10

I love movies in general far more than music, but I couldn't with the best will in the world rank or recommend any Prince movie to anyone.
