Latin songs by Prince Fews years back , with Mayte and Manuela as princes wife's ... There was a latin sting to many songs ... Some of my favorites are , are te amo corezon, damned if I do, and I really believe Beverly 77 has a latin theme to a song actually by Frank Sinatras My Way , but spanish versions by a couple of latin artists. I'm sure I'm not the only latin fanatic of prince. ... One of my favorite latin artists is Juan gabriel . What do y'all orgers think about prince remaking Juan Gabriel's songs, or perhaps a duet. Either would be a win win. Both are very talented artists. And I believe both artists are not appreciated like they should be. | |

The Everlasting Now has a nice latin breakdown in the middle of the song. As for Beverly 77, great song but I get an Italian vibe from it. Juan Gabriel is a great singer. Love his songs "por que me haces Llorar?" and "la diferencia". Such passionate songs!!!! Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind. | |
