Beautiful Strange - Original version vs Rave In2 version Which one do you prefer and why? I'm just glad we have 2 versions of this gem

Definitely the Beautiful Strange version. Not that there's anything wrong with the Rave In2 version, I just prefer the cleaner wah-guitar sound to the distorted sound. The BS version is sparser and I think that suits the song better. Other than that, they're basically the same. Toejam @ Peach & Black Podcast: http://peachandblack.podbean.com

I didn't realize there was two versions. Which version is the one with the Mel B. interview? klick

Definitely the Rave In2 version. That guitar kicks major ass and elevates the song from a semi memorable slow jam to an epic anthem. klick2me, the version on the interview tape is the original. No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.

I prefer the original. I think the album version is slightly over produced. .

I quite prefer the spoken word & didgeridoo versions of this timeless classic [Edited 4/2/15 18:57pm]

Prince's didgeridoo skills are tragically underappreciated by the world at large. .
