What really blew me away listening to this was the very short intro to "The Ball" which has never surfaced before. Why it's interesting to me is kinda explains the ending of "Rockhard". The "what kinda fuck ending" fade out part. "Rockhard" is the last track on Lp 2 Side 1, so when you flip over to side 2, that small piece before "The Ball" sounds like kinda the same musical idea. I was always under the impression that the "What kinda fuck ending was that" was meant to describe more the ending of the "Black Album" more so than the song itself.
It was a perfect ending for TBA (what the fuck had happened indeed lol) but yeah it was for the song originally, but it's worth noting that it was ALREADY the closing track of the Camille album so it served as a conclusion to that album as well, which was kind of a dark precursor to TBA conceptually speaking. I think it segues wonderfully into The Ball indeed, though of course having it digitally there no side flipping break for me when I listen to it so I think it's even more enjoyable that it would have been on LP.

I thought about that a few minutes after I posted that. It would be really interesting if we ever got a proper copy of the "Camille" album to see if "Rockhard" has the same ending.

So far all I've seen floating around is The Ball in excellent quality. Still waiting for the rest of it to show up in the usual channels. |

I'm pretty sure it was there from the beginning because thematically it fits with the themes of the song |
