yes i often think Purple Rain would make a great musical, or in fact a hybrid Prince show which included his biggest hits to tell a story (think Sott/Lovesexy) with lots of choreography.
I actually see why Prince stopped doing the conceptual tours (apart from the expense) the rehearsals were killer. but i often wish a similar broadway show was created to re-imagine this type of prince show. would need an amazing 'Prince' though. | |
