Prince has the world on eggshells..

Folks can't ask a simple question without a negative "I locked your topic" out.

I'm a Prince fan, but not to the degree where he controls what I do or say..

A simple please do not ask about bootlegs would have been fine.

Unless some1 is itching 4 a reason to attack by pulling rank..CYBER BULLYING basically, which means u really aint that tough, just a scary punk behind a computer..

But just lock me up, without at least just giving me a chance to do somethang about it, that is straight up mean & hateful..

But other people can come on here, cuss each other out, post never before seen pics, u name it..

So it's obvious that one plays favorites here, or are either racist, 1 or the other, or both..

I'm sure your gonna lock this one too!!!

Obviously new to this place, the rules are there probabaly to protect the website more than anything, Prince has his ways and means of having sites like this pulled or threatened with lawsuits. (Housequake.com for example)

Easier for it to be avoided in the first instance, there is a Bold message at the top that clearly says no soliciting bootlegs so its ntohing new

What do you mean by bootleg pictures? Cover artwork?

We're allowed to discuss bootlegs, just not post information or links on where to get them, the rules seem pretty self-explanatory to me, you just sound butt-hurt because you got bitchslapped by a mod.

Dee. This site is a really nice site mostly full of nice people. It's a great place to discuss anything. I don't know what specifically happened to you and your previous post but don't let that isolated example be representative of prince.org. I actually thought that Militant's handling of your thread was gentle. He answered the questions posed and then locked the thread because it violated one of the primary rules of the board. I've been on the receiving end of a mod's response and it wasn't nearly as gentle.

Not requesting bootlegs is one of the primary rules of this website, as I explained both in your thread that I locked, as well as in response to the private message you sent me.

Was creating a thread to complain about the first one being locked really an appropriate thing for you to do? You already sent me an orgnote and I responded to it with a further explanation.
