CONAN: [...] "Boyhood" won best drama, motion picture drama. You got to go to the golden globes. What was it like being? -- being there?
ELLAR: To be in the middle of it is mind-blowing next to like Prince and Lorde. Actors are one thing but musicians are a whole other level --
CONAN: I have the same thing. You see people pretend to be somebody for a living. You go, that's cool. That's neat. Especially Prince when you see him it's like someone has come from another planet. Clearly he's the most perfect looking person --
ELLAR: And he's just so cool with sunglasses.
CONAN: Yeah, he's just like -- I was backstage at and event once -- suddenly I realized I sensed a presence and I turned around and he was standing right there. I had heard a rumor he was going to play at the event. I said you're not going to play at the event. He said no, not true, just a rumor. Five seconds later a guy put a guitar on him and he said see you later and goes out. [Laughter] Why? We're backstage. He couldn't have fooled anybody. He's a magical man.
