It sounds fantastic.

I hope he releases it. The synth riff sounds KILLER, this is just the kind of Prince song I like.

Funky little track. Fits well alongside "The Exs Face" and the Rita Ora banger in terms of them having a similar sound. Josh Weltons sound in particular. If you were to throw in "U Know" and the FnR Remix there are the makings of an all together "harder" and more upbeat sounding AOA.

What's this from, can't say I'm aware of it, is the one of the ones he played on the Yahoo Livestream?

It lacks any real agression or attitude. Compare fabulously cocky lyrics like 'In the beginning God made the sea, but on the 7th day he made me' to 'when we drop this, it's gonna make a sound'.

A song like this needs a real cocky attitude that he hasn't had since the 90s.

It has everything in common with MNIP. The melody, phrasing and metering is almost identical. The production and feel is identical. It's also in the same key which almost makes me think it's purposeful.
