Well most I come across that knows I like Prince, mainly says he's gay, and my nephew just shakes his head at me, and says "what in the hell do you see in Prince and find that's attractive?" Other than that, I just get strange looks like I'm weird or out of my head, whenever I say that I love Prince.

Apart from the usual 'is he gay?' shit I've never actually had anybody be too suprised about my love of Prince. Probably becuase I'm a girl I guess. I can see more of the dudes getting more stick for liking his music because of his whole look and presence. One of my tutors at uni was once like "Why do you like all this '80s crap?" though when I was looking at pictures of Cyndi Lauper, haha.

It's not the fact that he just had to put MJ in his personal vendetta against me and therefor unintentional showing him in a bad light. It's just that he had the nerve to say that everyone involved in music is agreeing with him just because he has a fairly good knowledge with house music. Making him far more superior with music compared to me in his opinion. Almost smacked him (No kidding).
