This reminds me that I need to get that book. What's in it that Prince doesn't want out there? 99% of the Purple Rain mentions in the press the last 6 months are about this book. Seems odd for Prince to announce a return to Purple Rain, then sit by and watch someone else's Purple Rain product get all the promotion and money. It's very un-Princelike to let someone else reap the benefits of the media buzz he originally whipped up for himself.
