This phase has been too much about working with young talents.. Hanna, Donna, Ida, Joshua Welton, Lianne La havas, Liv Warfield, Janelle Monae, Rita Ora, Andy Allo, Kendrick Lamar.. i guess he's trying something different but at the end of the day the fans will only care about Prince [Edited 12/29/14 13:21pm]

Working with younger people tho exposes him to their audience as well so everyone wins in this situation really.

Rita Ora and Kendrick Lamar collabos got potential to win him over some fans but he hasn't gained much from working with Janelle Monae or putting Lianne La Havas on center stage during the SNL performance. It's a bigger win for them than is it for Prince. AOA got Lianne la havas talking all over it, at least 4 songs produced by Joshua and 2 Andy Allo features. That's a bit excessive imo. Then there's all this emphasis on how 3rdeyegirl is great.. Maybe It's just me but I'm not a crazy about this phase of Prince teaching young talents and exposing them to a larger audience.. I applaud him for working with young people. I think it's beautiful. I think it's what people should do as they age. The girls have had a priceless gift given to them.
