Don't lose what we gained in the last few wks on the org
I want to urge you all to not get negative about what Prince does in the sense that he is a unique frustrating creative type that does not follow what conventional business sense would dictate.
However, with all the leaks in the past few wks, discussion here was calm and respectful and quite insightful. As well as some great goodwill done between several generations of fans. I really enjoyed these write ups on the newly sourced outtakes.
So he pulled his internet presence, his message was unclear at best for many years.
What I love is his music, classic period for me 81-88, but I love his live stuff too.
I hope we can all stay focused and committed to keeping that legacy alive, as based upon his actions for many years, he is not concerned with.
Call me a purple hippy....

Yeah, usually I leave the Org a few weeks after each album comes out because I get bored. But all these leaks and the wonderful discussions about them have kept me glued. There have even been great discussions about songs I dislike, like 2045: Radical Man. It's almost like this is a real discussion site for once! "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"
