Aerogram will be safe from hatrina in the org witness protection program. We put threadbare in there a couple of years ago and nobody has seen him since.

Why is this a surprise to anyone? It's not like Prince has never done something like this before!

Commercially speaking, he is killing himself, the poor sales and negative reviews of 3EG MATERIAL during the past 2 years must have something to do with ihis decision to retire from internet. It's the first time in his carreer Prince didn't change a formula that commercially doesn't work.

@Purplessence is indeed real. There's a couple of (heavily active) accounts on Twitter that are in actuality being secretly run by his PR team. This is standard practice in the business these days. Those accounts are the ones that first started retweeting the @Purplessence account.

As for @Prince_NPG? Also real - in a sense. That account is ran by Live Nation. It first started when Prince began working with Live Nation on the Welcome 2 America tour. It then went quiet when he stopped working with Live Nation.

Then, when the launch party happened last month or the month before - that account started tweeting again. Guess who sponsored the launch party and had their logo on the video stream?? Drumroll please...... Live Nation. In fact as I recall, that account began tweeting again on that exact same day.

Another reason to believe that @purplessence is valid is that Trevor Guy is following that account and has been for a long time. Trevor is the manager of 3rdeyegirl and Donna's hubby. Ida also follows that account. I have believed for awhile that Hannah and Josh post on that account.

Prince on the other hand I get the feeling isnt bothered about the money it seems if that was his drive he we always be on the road and play the big shows that he is capable of selling tickets for.

Can you imagine the money it would bring in if he opened up the archives of live shows recorded from Soundboard etc...? He could name his price with most fans.

Even with new shows I've noticed a couple of artists selling the live sound recording after the show had ended of that very same night night (I think Robbie williams was one of them?)

The only thing that seems to drive Prince IMO is wanting his new music out there, which as an artist you cant blame him.
