Grafitti Bridge, Chaos & Disorder or Come?

I just got them all today(and the Batman soundtrack but I already listed to it) and I don't know which one to listen to next! What do you guys suggest? Which is the best one?

Go in order...

Batman, Grafitti Bridge, Come, and then Chaos and Disorder...

Let us know what you think about these so-called "lesser" releases.

nah, curiousity killed the cat. Listen to these now, and then if really necessary, discard them forever...

(Personally, I can always go for some Chaos or Come)

Rip them to your PC for safe skipping:) Then listen to COME, Trust and Dinner With Delores!
Personally . I think we are all Boring with No Lives cause all we do is talk about Prince,Criticize and Gossip. I need a Horny Man is what I Need and probably so do most of yas. We are Sexually Frustrated what we R... Amen..!!! - zelaire

You'll find:

* GRAFITTI BRIDGE is a collection of about 9 gems floating in a gumbo of disjointed reworkings and filler that should have been perfected and released by Prince, himself, years earlier;
* COME -- because it is smart, though less ambitious -- is an easy latter-day victory with far fewer near-misses;
* CHAOS & DISORDER, minus the roundly likable "Dinner with Delores," has a few decent musical moments, but fails overall from half-ass experimentation and, in my mind, a musician who was downright miserable and jaded at the time. My advise: Listen to C&D for its rage, not its musical merits.

Of the three discussed, I can agree based on the overall number of GB tracks I like as compared to songs on the others I enjoy. But GB has an awful lot of fat. Pound-for-pound, I think COME is a better work overall.

I totally agree about GB - There isn't another prince album that manages to combine some of his finest moments and some of his worst all on one disc. it's waaay to patchy. burn the good stuff onto a new disc and make yourself a MUCH better alnum.

Come is the best of the three overall. GB has some really great Prince songs on it but you will need to use the skip function to get through the other garbage. As for Chaos And Disorder, it's the weakest of the lot. Dinner With Dolores and I Will are very pretty though. The title track is good fun too...the rest is terrible. In order

1. Come
2. GB
3. C&D
