I was JUST about to mention this line. It´s one of my favorite Prince lyrics. Seriously. That passion, that humor, that pain....classic and timeless. And I love the heavier synth bass of the remix.

As far as I know he wrote this gem of a song after he found out that Carmen Electra had cheated on him with Tony M. but I´m not 100% sure if that is true.

One of my early favorites and If my memory serves me correctly it was the 1st Prince single I bought on release week and I remember being very exsited about it.

Like others have mentioned the Extended version is so good.

Yeah, there's some great lines in the extended remix. 'Guiness couldnt count the scenes of sex and violence in it'
