This really needs to be released in color. I would say it would be the perfect way to commemorate it's 30th Anniversary but with all the attention Prince has given to Purple Rain's 30th, I think I can just forget that, for real.

I really think UTCM would look odd in color - given that when shooting for B&W, colors and shades of clothes and costume are chosen for what looks good as shades of grey contrast on film (in the B&W). Maybe that outfit was pink cause in B&W it looks like the shade of grey they were going for comprared to whats around it in the shot composition.
