Prince mention on new Simpsons On this weeks Treehouse Of Horror episode of The Simpsons, at the beginning they announce a bunch of guest stars (that do NOT really appear). Prince is on the list... That is all!

All the guest stars technically do appear - They're all nailed to the wall to spell out TREEHOUSE OF HORROR. Prince is the S in Treehouse. | |

There was also a mention of Prince on South Park last week. Butters describes transginger Cartman as: "He's not a woman, he's not a man, he is something that we'll never understand, and he would die for me." | |

So I guess we can expect a guest appearance on those two shows soon then eh? Seems to be how it works, someone mentions Prince in neutral to positive way, next thing ya know, he is on the show. New Girl for example, in the first season the room is very smokey in one scene, someone says, "i feel like i am in a Prince video" Two seasons later, Prince is on the show.
I think this happens a lot with artists who mention Prince as well, especially female artists, they either get an album made for them, a song written for them, play a small part in something Prince related, or, they become part of the new power generation entirely.

How do u figure they'll spin in a guestie on scandal? Or squeeze in the porn stars mentioned on SUV. Prince has been mentioned in countless episodes of primetime TV...but has made how many guesties? Eddie VH is referenced every episode of squidbillies... And has yet to appear. | |
