While I Love WBH, but I don't think it would be a wow factor for SNL, maybe durring the tour though. . I'm not a big fan of the song WOW, but he could do a good guitar solo with Donna that probably would be a wow factor. Either this song AL or PE would be best to play from the PE album. . From AOA I would think TGS, TCBU, or U Know, although, not sure how he could pull off U know live. I would really love AOC live, that would be a badass solo at the end, but he would never do it. . SO I guess my two picks would be WOW & TGS from the two new albums & hopefully he'll drop LGC reloaded to start off or finish the night for the PR promo. | |

Okay, so this is more of a wish list than request, since he's not asking for requests, but I would LOVE to see/hear 'WOW' live (which he really "should" do). . Other than that, if it's to be from the new releases, I think he may be leary of doing 'PretzelBodyLogic', but it would be a good choice. . As a third song, I think 'Way Back Home' or 'Another Love' would do well. . He'll probably do Pretzel Booty Logic and FunkNRoll. I like Funk N Roll, but it's not quite as good live as it is on PE. If he does the AOA version, it won't really be live...it will be backing tapes.
Way Back Home would be nice, but he could end up doing two cover songs. | |

What I would do in his shoes? 1st song: "This Could Be Us"- Hanging on to the back of his bike, Part II. Commercial spot: Add for special 30th anniversary release of "Purple Rain" in a few days/weeks. 2nd song: "Way Back Home" - Unleash a 2-minute "Purple Rain"-esque guitar solo at the end that leaves people wondering what the f**k just happened. What will he do? Hell if I know. But for good or bad, bland or brilliant (and possibly both), I'd guess that the word subversion will likely play a significant role. | |
