Its not just his fans, thats just the way he is. He is like that to everyone. History shows us that.

When you sue your fans for running a fan mag (Uptown) or a fan site (Housequake) , you're a dick to your fans.

He didn't have to answer one question on FB. He didn't have to play any songs during the yahoo live nation stream. There's a lot of stuff that he does that I don't see many other artist do for their fans. He can be a major Ding-ding, but he also does stuff others don't.

I've thought the same on occassion and wondered how Prince's life and music would be different if his son had survived and / or if he had a successful marriage.

Prince has never done anything to me. I don't know him and he doesn't know me either. I buy his music and he gets a percentage of what I pay for them. That is the extent of our involvement.

When I saw Prince in '98 I thought it was cool he brought a bunch of ppl on stage during Sleep Around. Older ladies, little kids dancing all around him. Not many artists do that. That's the same show he ended with an exact album version of When Doves Cry... Mind. Blown.

To be fair, yeah he does some bad stuff but I think thats just his personality, maybe the fact he has been surrounded by people who bow down to him for so long now he's just used to getting his own way,

But then he also does some great stuff, like already mentioned with Paisley, he doesnt have to open it up for people to be able to get the chance to go in.

And to be fair, I reckon he may have had to really push Warner Brothers to get Plectrum electrum out there for the fans, I'd have thought they would have been happier just putting out AOA at the time.

I think for all the bad he can do, he does maybe show glimpses of actually caring.

Like the UK shows, he didnt have to do 2/3 shows a night but he did gauged on the queue outside to try and get everyone in to see the show. They wasnt massively profitable so it probably had little bearing in that respect money wise.

He doesnt owe us anything, and I think alot tend to forget that.
