Anyone else noticed that Affirmation III = Way Back Home

doorkeeper, do you conclude that from the snippet, or have you been able to listen to the complete songs?

I remember having read somewhere that Affirmation III morphs into different kind of 'themes', so maybe it's just the 30sec snippet that is like Way Back Home.

... and how beautiful it is.

I am totally crazy about just that little part. I didn't know Prince had that in him... ever. It is beauty beyond words.

I'm loving the snippets.

I've only heard the previews.So judging only on that:

They both have the same beat, however on affirmation3 a woman sings "my...way... back" - Which would imply its deliberately self-referencial. Being the final "affirmation" of the album - it may at points "call back" to other songs on the album. But obviously I'm just guessing.
