CLOUDS Has officially grown on me to the point where I really like it now. Hated it at first. The interlude with the chick talking reminds me of something similiar to Automatic from 1999. Guitar at the end is perfectly placed. So I am really digging FNR and Clouds. Still not 100% sold on U Know, but it's not terrible.

It's another great song. Initially I dismissed this as an RnB ballad but it's not really. The title seems to come from the drug reference in the first verse. Rather than having any relation to the chorus. Nor does the chorus have any relationship to the rest of the song (lyrically).
Lyrically he talks about someone to whom nothing seems to matter unless it's a public specticle. Lianne La Havas takes the next verse and talks about the darker side of social networking - (bullying for fun/so many guns) hints this is a reference to a teen suicide? "Mr Nelson, Mr Nelson can you hear my voice?" is the intro to a syfy scene where Prince wakes up from suspended animation" As soon as she tells him it'll be hard to speak in comes the piano with (what I would call) an obvious nod to the intro of "The Beautiful Ones" just for a second... Lianna continues to talk towards the end seemingly poking fun at Prince being a shut in and she's "here to help him". I like it.
