It would make sense he's changing his hair since it was september 2012 he got the afro but it would be strange since the album cover has the afro and you'd think he'd keep it for the rest of the era.

He's 3 albums ahead of this one, he wants to promote those now.

There was a party at Paisley Park on August 30th. King played, Prince sang FUNKNROLL live, and DJ'ed for about 45 minutes and played a bunch of the new songs.

He would be hiding until the PR release. Don't expect him to do anything for the promotion of the upcoming albumS.

PR release wont mean much to him, he's said himself he doesnt believe in living int he past, thats just some extra income for him he can look forward to.

For what ever reason he seems reluctant to do any promotion for these albums, and is leaving it to the girls, who yeah had an input on Plectrumelectrum but to the vast majority Prince is the star and that are "the band" and are simply not big enough names to send out there to promote your two upcoming albums, Zero media attention for them at any of the events they have attended over fashion weeks etc...

Its like Lenny Kravitz sending out his band to promote his new album, people wouldnt pay any attention.

Usually though when he's quite there is something going on in the back ground, maybe rehearsing for a tour to support Art Official Age?

If he has any contractual obligations, it's for the PR release. If he does any tour for WB, and I'm sure now he won't (why bother ?), it would be for the PR re-release. That's the album WB want to sell. And it could have been huge, if PR was released in june with a summer tour, a tv special, etc. Comeback of the year, just like in 2004.

Now, it's more than possible that Prince won't do any promotion for any projects where WB is involved. The fault is on WB, they should have sign him a contract, well, with contractual obligations for promotion, written in Capital letters.

There is a problem, you can't release two albums the same day and be nowhere to be found. Somebody at WB is going to be fired !

Still no official announce for PR. Prince is booked nowhere on tv for the next week.
