Before I saw the track list, I would have said 7. The previous interviews by other artists who claim to have heard the album and their raving about how great it was kind of peaked my interest.

But after seeing the track list, and having heard damned near half of the songs on the solo album, my anticipation level is about about a 3. (and 2 of those points are based exclusively on the fact that it's been 4 years since he's put anyting out in the states).

Needless to say, my excitement for Prince's new music projects is at a low ebb. lol

The Purple Rian re-issue? About a 6 or 7. Prince fucks things up so much, I'm not holding my breatht that this will be amazing.

I think you're right. We'll get 3 unheard songs, maybe another 3 or 4 unreleased extended songs, and the b sides/ 12" versions. That'll be it.

My anticipation level is about a 9. I haven't listened to any of the new songs online. I'm waiting to have the cd in my hands and will take it home, pour a glass of wine, turn the lights down low and listen - can't wait.

10 for both AOA & PE.

7 for any remasters.

When eye go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all heart up in the house but when eye log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming!

AOA 8 - I think this album will be very good especially since I enjoy RnB songs by Prince

PE 3 - and this album will be the opposite

If Prince was on lead vocal on all songs on PE then I would be a lill bit more excited about it
