Talent needed for a Prince Music Video
JRcasting is searching for African American Women, ages 18-30 who are excellent inline/roller skaters for a Prince Music Video.
Also looking for Ethnic guys, ages 12-35 who are excellent drummers – drumming a jazz set a snare and a high hat.
If hired the pay is $200.
This is for his song “Funk N Roll” and they are looking for individuals with unique skills that could work with their “roll” theme.
This will shoot either Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday of next week. 9/10, 9/11, 9/12, 9/13 or 9/14.
Auditions will be held this Saturday 9/6 at JR casting of Minneapolis. Please email us for an interview appointment time at jrcasting@q.com .

Drummers please bring a snare and a high hat. Skaters bring skates.
This will take 15 minutes of your time.

I've long thought that FunknRoll was easily the most promising of the new tracks, and I even remember expressing the wish that it be released as a single in the Fallinlovetonite chart thread, so it's good to see my wish finally come true (I actually remember Kcool replying to me at the time that he was sure FunknRoll would get its time to shine, so good prediction there ).

One thing I wonder though, is that if the widespread org speculation that there are two different versions of FunknRoll, one for each disc, is true, which one will be released as the single?

Yeah, good point, I actually thought about that myself for a minute, but it's my dad's birthday and I'm quite sloshed, so when it actually came to typing my post I had completely forgotten that factor

Maybe they are looking for a novelty white 50-something, non-rollerskating, non-drummer male, ... or I'll sneak in undetected.

U can't very well get Wesley snipes portraying a white character. Or get James gandolfini portraying a gym rat. Typical jobs, u can't discriminate. Casting and casting calls for movies, videos, etc follow different rules cuz of the natuer and needs of the job and the roles.

i think the video is going to be a mix of both versions, so it can promote both albums.
