Yup, that shipping charge was unpleasant. Not as bad as mug-gate, but still.

I got an email confirming that customer services have recieved my query about the 15% discount. We'll see how long it takes them to respond. Bank holiday today in the UK so I don't expect anything.

If we're supposed to have immediate access to download Clouds, Pretzel', and Breakdown, that's not working either. =(

I am absolutely excited for these. I am disappointed that Fallinluv2nite isn't on there. I really like that song. I also thought I read somewhere that his new "solo' album was going to have more "club" / Dance type tracks. Looking at the tracklisting this looks like it's going to be mostly a very slow, and mellow album.

Affirmation I&II and III just sound like they will be instrumentals by the title. I hope not.

But anyhow Super excited. Now can we get back to a new album every year.

Just listened to Clouds 3 times. Great track, already love it.

No discount or downloads for me either (Euro store). Listening to Clouds online. I'm interested to hear what the digital singles are (seems to be three for each album).

Same here. I actually cancelled the preorder when the shipping price appeared. I'll get it directly from a local store and for that non-paid shipping money I could get another album as well..

As for the download on the day of release: well, there are alternatives.. It'll probably leak before then anyway..

I'm excited too. As I understand it Funknroll is different versions. PE version should be the version which was played on radio a while back. Someone said a Funknroll remix has been played at shows over the PA, more electronic sounding, could potentially be a Joshua produced verson.

When 2R In Love was on TBA and Lovesexy . . . maybe this is one song that he identifies with at this time in his life? Do we know if they're exactly the same version? I thought Prince's was supposed to be the funkier version . . .

Did anyone notice that the artwork for PlectrumElectrum is slightly different than before? Prince is now centered and superimposed across Hannah's chest - where he was larger and peeking in from the side in more full color.
