Quality's never been great though, so an upgrade to a pristine copy would be quite the find, especially given how lauded (perhaps overly so, but I'm not going to elaborate and start any fights) the song is in the fan community.

I hope this is the case, might be a sign that the intransigence of the few who have this stuff to let others hear it is finally lifting, which could potentially herald more exciting releases. Or something like that, I guess none of us really know what's going on here.

Personally, I am extremely grateful to all those who have shared so I could have what I have. Can you imagine what fandom would be like if there wasn't all this great music out there for us to enjoy / share? I shudder to think..... Don't get me wrong, if someone feels so inclined to free the music and spread the love - CHEERS!!!

I started a thread about this a while back but it got locked. How foolish will the "elite" feel if the treaures they've been hoarding all these years finally get a legitimate release on a remaster. Elite status may soon become meaningless.
