afaik, the song is a "slave" song about Prince's war against WB.

At least I think "Gold" is about WB..?

Eye Hate U hit #12 in 1995. His last true Top 40 hit. Had "So Far So Pleased" been a single, and there had been a video with Gwen...it might have made it.
