That or any other vid for the 3COG movie, I thought about it, too, but I don't think that assistant from 2001 was already there in 1992, since it seems there was a Great Purge at Paisley Park in 1994, and anyway no one survived for that long in 's world in the 90's, but I don't know really.

I used to like his films, but these attempts at standup comedy put me off the guy - he just complains about people with more creative talent than him and it is lame.

He's just talking about something that's happened to him is all. He was disappointed, he turned a disappointment into a funny sorry, that's pretty cool. It's not like he called names or anything, he just basically worked for free for a week, didn't feel he was treated respectfully and was disappointed that on top of it all nothing came out of it. No big deal Whether one likes his work or not he's a respected professional filmmaker, I can understand that he expected to treat him as a peer and obviously it wasn't the case. Now when u know he probably didn't even realize what was wrong, he lives high up on his purple cloud, we have an endless list of him treating people like that and believing he's being fair and square... No big deal, it's just life...

Like three years ago me and my buds got fucking obsessed with it and nicknamed it 'eyelashes-chan' or something and we even drew fucking fan art of it

It all seems plausible to me.

I've always thought it was the best depiction of this confused, quasi political, religious, socially conscious, Graham influenced period of Prince's life.
