I'm sure all the footage is the usual meaningless mystical nonsense we've come to expect. Things that sound good to the sheltered few but have no actual meaning.

So I guess the answer is no. I can barely stand to listen to TRC because the lyrics are so ignorant and I really haven't got any use for psuedo-spiritual buffoonery, so the DVD wouldn't be interesting enough for me to buy an unnecessary rematser.

I'd buy it to see Larry compare homosexuality to that time in his life when he was a cokehead. Pure gold.

I was at one of these, it was fun. First we were brought into I think it was the L4OA room and listened to the album. Then we went to the atrium and sat around and Kevin Smith introduced himself and started filming us talking about the record. All of a sudden people realized that Prince had slipped in quietly and was leaning against the wall acting all cool and nonchalant. When people noticed he smiled and came and sat down at the the piano we were circled around and he joined the conversation for awhile. Then he told us we could come in and watch a rehearsal. We followed him into the soundstage and it was the Fonky Baldheads or something. He jumped on stage for a minute or two but then disappeared and it was just them jamming for 20 minutes or so. Kind of a fun afternoon!
