Mayte looks really good on her instagram pictures. I had checked her instagram out before but am scared to go back because sometimes she posts pics of animals that have been abused and I just can't take it. The saddest thing was a pic of a baby seal hiding, terrified because he was about to be clubbed to death, I always wished I'd never seen that. But anyway, back to the panties- they look like underroos stamped with a symbol. Did he really wear those? and if the symbol was his name does that mean as a grown man he needed his name on his panties? Why? was he going to camp? I am starting to see this as disrpectful. He hasn't done anything to her and now it seems that she is going out of her way to make fun of him and disrespect him. Also, I remember some years back some girl wanted to put a jacket of his on Ebay and he took her to court to stop it. Why is he allowing Mayte to have his shit on Ebay? Prince, himself, put out a video of himself doing pushups in some V thong swimsuit. Not to mention he himself wore "butt-out" pants on an award show. I don't know if Mayte modeling his customized underwear on her instagram is any kind of offense in any way. Oh and remember that Lovesexy era pic he published with him wearing some kind of designer diaper thing?

I don't know who they're made for, but most men's undies are made so they can pee standing up. Prince is very much a man, so they look kind of odd to me. Just by looking at it, looks like an item they were planning on marketing and selling but never got the idea off the ground so she's stuck with some samples. Someone help me out here photo wise. In my minds eye I can see a pic of Mayte from 1994/1995 wearing these knickers that r just popping above the line of her trousers. Is it in the over exposure coloured photos where she's wearing the big, pink top hat? I'm think the video for Race kinda clothing? Her fringe is in a severe V shape anyhow. Anyone else remember the waistband with the symbol on it showing? They could be her stage knickers from that era & not Prince's at all. 
Edit: just been looking at photos from that era & think I'm getting mixed up. Mayte had her own name of her skants. So was it Tommy Barbarella or Maurice Hayes in a video/photo had that waistband showing above their trousers? My minds playing tricks on me now [Edited 7/31/14 1:21am] | |
