Just saw this somewhat weird animated Autobiography of Monty Python's Graham chapman, "A liar's Autobiography".

Somewehere during the last third of the movie, a scene opens for some reason with a very clear portrait of a long haired Lovesexy Era-ish Prince with a purple Symbol on his shirt.

The Camera pans and the movie continues without ever mentioning Prince or his art.

Does anybody know WHY?

It's fair to say the movie has a bunch of celebrity name-dropping moments, mostly they are mentioned by name (eg bowie, elton john, dudley moore etc) and supposedly played some part in Chapman's life. Otherwise, there are many cartoon "easter eggs"/"cameos" but these are mostly python references eg a dead parrot or spam.
