NPS album cover was copied from Miles Davis... ... "you are under arrest" album cover???
yeah...check it out and have u noticed the paintings inside of NPS? have a look at Parlaiments "motor booty affair"...and c what i mean...exactly the same drawings...even the ppl waiting on a line! he must like that album cuz PSYCHOALPHADISCOBETABIOAQUADOLOOP sounds like SUPERFUNKYCALIFRAGYSEXY... what do u think? | |

I don't know about the Miles Davis artwork, but it sure
does look like some Parliament Funkadelic artwork, yes. Same thing with Exodus, just the drawings and the weird mad out of your mind vibe seemed to make for an obvious link as to whom and what influenced those albums. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

I dont think those 2 sound alike at all...I feel that what sounds Parliament influenced from P was "Soul Psychodelicide" & "We Can Funk" probbly y he had them in htere with him. He may like the onomatopea(sp?) sound of the title but the songs musically are not similar. But yeah Prince has an affiniity for Parliament, and thats not a secret.
