Exactly! Like it or not,those songs are a part of his history.Those are the songs that turned many of us into fans,in the first place! I hate when artists "become enlightened" and try to downplay/hide their past."Head" is a CLASSIC JAM and I'd love to hear it played live in concert again.Sue me

I was simply saying that if he in his CURRENT self were to actually play the song, that it would be in the STUPID PRINCE KARAOKE routine. It would not be the band playing it.

Thank you DJThunderFunk! I respect Prince's religious beliefs, but I didn't allude to anything about religion. I was just stating that people wouldn't care if he is 50+ singing about Head. I hope I'm still feeling sexy and having sex on the regular when I reach 50.

Dick Vitale live-Tweeted a Lionel Richie concert last night. No tweets on any "Head" interpolation but I would have given anything to have seen Vitale's face when that song was explained to him!

Hell, I LOVE it! Not only for the fact that it sounded great, but also for the stuff shirts that keep saying "Who wants to see a 56 year old Prince singing about Head?". Lionel looked absolutely great doing it and would also look great actually receiving head on the stage and I'm not talking about a simulated act either.

What's a trip, is Lionel used to be the funkateer and turned into a corny ass ballad pop singer and now he outjammed Prince in recent years with his own song.
