Hmmm... Almost all of the post-Lovesexy stuff. There are certainly titles that contain good songs, but none (until Rainbow Children) that have as effectively grabbed me since 1989.

Emancipation. I love a lot of it, but the overall impression keeps me from loving it as a whole.

well everything from 89- through now.but "The Symbol Album" Because it had some Good Moments&then Bam it went on to long&seemed really desperate&I wanted to really dig it all the way but it came up short IMHO."Love 2 the 9's" is a Real Good Example of this Album: He had it going on&then added all of these Parts that Sunk it for me.

Good question - I know 'ATWIAD' means a lot to Prince, but it just doesn't have the energy of 'Purple Rain'

Symbol album. I really like 2the9's, 7 and God Created Woman. A lot of the rest sounds bland to me. And it was kind of his first love letter to Mayte.

I think most people would agree that 'Parade' is a better album than 'Chaos and Disorder'!
Anyway. the songs are better on 'Purple Rain' - 'WDC', 'PR', 'TMWY', 'LGC' and 'TBO' at least would be in every fans Top 100. But only 'Kiss'is the surefire crowd-please from 'Parade'
Also, I think 'PR' has more of a concept running throughout it than any of Princes others, spiritually/musically if not lyrically

Weakest album he ever did.

Wanted to like it, but only "Newpower Soul", "Come On" and "The One" sound halfway good.
