There is no tracklisting.

but it would've almost certainly included;

High
Supercute
My Medallion
When I Lay My Hands On U
Underneath The Cream
Golden Parachute
U Make My Sun Shine
Vavoom

And probably;

Sex Me, Sex Me Not
Silicon

And possibly;

When Will We B Paid?
Y Should I Do That When I Can Do This?
.

I think at least When I Lay My Hands On U, Supercute,
U Make My Sun Shine and When Will We B Paid are very good.

Some other are throw-aways, though.

Gamillah & The Daisy Chain were intended for
The NPG's unreleased 'Peace' album, not 'High'.

There were actually several different tracklistings for this album as the project evolved. The last one I heard had thirteen tracks, and was probably somewhat close to what the finished album would have been like:

1. High
2. My Medallion
3. VaVoom
4. U Make My Sun Shine
5. When Will We B Paid?
6. Golden Parachute
7. Silicon
8. Sex Me Sex Me Not
9. Supercute
10. Underneath The Cream
11. The Daisy Chain
12. When eye Lay My Hands On U
13. Gamillah

Just for kicks, I assembled the High album in this order, and it flowed pretty well. Of course, there is no way to be certain what the final tracklisting would have been, since Prince always re-arranges these lists over and over. Uptown published a tracklisting from much earlier in the project, and the songs were in a completly different order (and there were only 10 tracks on it at the time). Of course, certain songs, like Daisy Chain, were also once slated for the NPG Peace album that never happened (in fact, its possible that the Peace album may have evolved into High, as it certainly wouldn't be unprecedented. I've never seen a projected track listing for Peace, so I cannot say with certainty how different the two projects were).

All of those, with the exception of YSIDTWICDT?, which was an out-take from Rave (why oh why didn't he put that song on there? Its better than 90% of the album!)

Where did you get this info? Just because the released single is from the 'NPG', doesn't mean it was intended for "Peace". Uptown even had them listed as being on the "High" album.

Article from Record Collector Magazine : March 2003

I WANNA TAKE U HIGHER - The Story Of The Lost 'HIGH' Album.

On 8th August 2000, Prince's website announced that a new album, entitled 'High', had been completed.Fans began to salivate.However, the unofficial Prince.org website then reported that when asked for a track-listing, Prince's official site replied,"There is no track list 4 any album called 'High'.Album projects come and go, always changing, so unless it gets released it is not a real album with a track list."Despite this, Prince sent the album to local Minneapolis DJ Tony Fly who played 'Vavoom' at least once.

In November 2000, Prince's keyboard player Morris Hays told an anonymous fan in Detroit that he had 'been busy working on the new album titled 'High',and that Prince still planned on putting out 'Rave In2 The Joy Fantastic' around the time he released 'High'.

"Morris told me that the title track was incredible and that this album would be in the vein of the 'Prince' album", said the fan."The new Mavis Staples cover 'When Will We Get Paid' would be on the album aswell." It was also reported that Prince had been in discussion with Arista's Clive Davis regarding distribution.

At one point, the track-listing for 'High' was said to be :
Vavoom
U Make My Sun Shine
My Medallion
When Will We Get Paid
Supercute
Underneath The Cream
Golden Parachute
The Daisy Chain
Gamillah
High
When Eye Lay My Hands On U.

In December 2000, a single featuring a duet between Prince and Angie Stone (yet to release her debut album) was issued.'U Make My Sun Shine / When Will We Get Paid', was initially mail order only via the NPG.The first pressing was a purple disc with no catalogue number except the matrix (DADR 23VA1UMAKE).It came in a card slip-in sleeve (a jewel-case version distributed through Wingspan appeared later).

But the plot was thickening.Prince issued three more singles at some shows in April 2001.One of them ('Supercute' / Underneath The Cream') was credited as a Prince release, and the others ('The Daisy Chain' / 'Gamillah', and 'Peace' / '20:45 Radical Man') as NPG items.'Peace' had been mentioned for some months prior as being the 'next single'.This being Prince, however, nothing went smoothly - and when Warner's released the Greatest Hits single CD in April 2001, Prince abandoned his Hit And Run US Tour, not wanting to be perceived as promoting Warner's product.Therefore, the three tour singles were suddenly unavailable - ther being no concerts at which to distribute them.

So, what does the music actually sound like? Well, the songs that DID appear from 'High' seem to demonstrate that Prince still has the ability to write an album of commercial pop tracks (Supercute, The Daisy Chain, Vavoom). Unfortunately it has just become another project put on the back-burner: further proof that Prince will only ever do things his way - or not at all.
