I would definitely go check that out if I were in NYC 515 Malcolm X Blvd, New York, NY 10037 I thought from the thread title it had something to do with the remaster, but cool anyway

the last purple Rain screening in NYC was at City winery with the Shelby , Liv & Damaris in attendance, it was super cool, the entire audience was shouting out the classic one liners from the film and singing out loud, I hope this one is as fun for those in attending! [Edited 6/19/14 14:56pm] | |

It's in Harlem, not Brooklyn. NY is full of free film series, during the Summer months, often just screening DVD's. Might be fun, but it's not a WB sponsored event, or even something Prince's camp is likely aware of. | |
