New Girl S3 DVD New Girl Season 3 (featuring the episode with Prince) on DVD 9/2/14:

I'll be buying this to add to my Prince collection, but, I'll never watch any of the other episodes. Waiting for Prince's scenes was the only thing that got me through that episode. Horrible show. In my not-so-humble opinion, of course...

No mention of blu in the press release and browzing Amazon it seems the prior seasons have been DVD only, so, I guess not. Don't hate your neighbors. Hate the media that tells you to hate your neighbors. |

When its price is reduced next year, I will add this DVD to my collection. Prince's charming presence in that one episode guided me to check out the previous New Girl seasons. I ended up really liking the show. Zooey Deschanel's goofy character "Jess" was also a factor. | |

yeah i had a google. what kinda crap is that? it's not uncommon for tv shows like this either. they are shot and shown in HD and you can even download in HD legally from itunes and places so why no bluray?
these box sets usually end up really cheap not long after release anyways so might wait till then and get it for a fiver when they are struggling to clear em | |

BD sets for such pedestrian shows often have horrible sales. Even Damages S1 sold so badly on BD they never bothered to release the rest in that format, and the S1 BD was reduced to $20. Virtually the only shows to be released on BD are HBO-type ones. © Bart Van Hemelen
