Space (Acoustic Version) Any love for this? Frankly, it's one of my favourites, I wish Prince had a few more of these stripped-back mixes, particularly from Come. Always cry 4 love, never cry 4 pain. |

Yes, it's absolutely fantastic. Between this mix and the "Universal Love" remix, I'd have to say that the Space maxi-single is my favorite maxi-single. One of Prince's best and most under-rated songs. |

I like it. It captures more of the depressed and saddened emotions in the song, more so that than the original... Imo. I like it for that. | |

The acoustic mix of Space was my introduction to the song. It was played on a local radio station as "the new single by Prince," with no mention of the fact that it wasn't the album version. Here in the UK, it's difficult to imagine anything other than the main mix of a song getting airplay, unless it's a remix of something in a different genre by a well-known DJ. |
