Who thinks that Koo Koo by Sheila E. is one of the hottest beats that Prince did? That beat is so funky. I feel like this is a lost gem cuz I rarely hear people talk about it.

The remix wasn't released on CD back then and hasn't been released on any digital platform AFAIK so yeah, the only way to get it is either vinyl or illegal download.

And I see it's part of a mix, i.e. segues from and into another track, i.e. that makes it a new edit since I guess it's a bit shorter than the original. Could u give me the length 4 the discog, please?

It is included in the multimix (CD 1) [2:34] (but it starts 40" before, mixed with the previous track)

...and also unmixed on it's own (CD2) [5:09] + 4 seconds between tracks. CD player says [5:13]

I say if half those useless promo and 7'' edits from Prince (mostly WB years) didn't exist it would make my life as a discographer much easier, save me a lot of time both adding the stuff to my discog and chasing it. So I don't need other people adding even more such edits to the list
