The actual story from the girls perspective had been deleted but you can get a sense of what happened from everyone elses comments. Basically, she tried to give Prince a CD at a souncheck, he said he didn't want it and ended up arguing with her because she wouldn't let up (ending in her crying)

I don't think I'll ever forget that story. It was so bizarre and people's reactions and comments to it were as funny as hell. For example:

"Oh my goodness eye just visited your website you lyin bitch!!! where the hell are you handicapped? Mentally? Standing there half naked in all those pictures! ain't nothing hurt but your damn pride!"

going back to the Sinead O Connor thing, the thing that always really confused me with that story is that he got mad at her for using vulgar language....yet Prince loved to curse on stage all through the '80s and into the '90s. It's a bizarre story I think that Prince was referencing this story when he wrote "Days Of Wild"

I recall seeing Prince do the whole "STOP" hand gesture quite sternly at the guitar tech who couldn't resolve his pedal board fault at the first Sydney gig during the Welcome 2 Australia tour in 2012...Guitar signal died before the Lets Go Crazy outro solo then no signal during 1999 or LRC. Prince LAUNCHED the guitar in filth over it at the time. The tech reminded me of Big Chick actually.

Houston Triple Threat Show. At the end of "Automatic", Dez took a solo (seemingly unwarranted). Prince did a double take, jumped off 2 banks of speakers, and quickly strolled over to and right over Dez, sayin' somethin' 2 Him. Dez looked up like "Oh Sh*t"!!!!! Then at the end of the Song, He tried 2 play it off by straddling Bobby Z's Kick Drum. CLASSIC!!!!!

That was only because he was directing the video and it was the look he wanted. the crowd not looking at him. an artistic decision.

I think Kevin Smith (Silent Bob lol) really was pushing for attention with that story. Yeah, Prince could have said bye but he didn't do what he was asked to do, and didn't take the job seriously by letting the film run out and not telling anyone. If he couldn't do the job or wasn't comfortable, he shouldn't have wasted his or Prince's time.

I love the story about the girl at the concert, I wasn't around for that but I found that thread when I did a random search a while back.. she deserved a good slap for that, especially after so many orgers replied with the real story!

Anyone have any more info on the Jill Jones claim? I'd never heard that.

IDK where this story comes from but it's been mentionned here b4. Thing is if it was true I think people would have spoke about it in the books, even if it was an accident. I mean seriously breaking someone's arm is serious business, and it doesn't go unnoticed that the person has a broken arm afterwards. The mere fact that Alex Hahn, who was looking for every possible negative thing to write about in his book, missed it makes me think that it's a urban legend.

Sinead's story is TOTALLY out of character 4 , which is why I never even believed a glimpse of it. Admitting that they did, in fact, really meet once, what maybe happened is that made a couple of very unpleasant remarks to her or about her in his typical, very cold and mean spirited way because he was pissed at her 4 covering NC2U, and Sinead got pissed and because she was mad at him and looking for attention she made-up that whole story and once it was done she just has to keep repeating it because for the life of her she won't make a fool of herself and admit she lied. never ever was reported to behave the way she said he did with anyone else by anyone, ever. And we're taling dozens of people being interviewed, some of them not hesitating to say very unpleasant things about . He was reported to be mean spirited, an insensitive cold-hearted asshole, whatever, but never like what she describes, ever.
