just trynna make ya'll laugh, but no the wake up and go look is not working for him. He needs to get a great hairdresser to work with his hair which for his age may have some problems, but a great hairdresser can work with it.

agreed...I saw his tummy issue a few years back. Its cool with me. We all go through body issues as we age, but the afro needs some work.

we actually gain weight when we don't get the proper rest

Just a year or 2 ago, he had his abs. Remember on the Welcome 2 tours he had his shirt open and showing off his biceps

the abs muscles are always there, lack of sleep or proper rest cause the body to not burn fat or process the foots properly. And for men extra weight always goes to the belly 1st
