Well, does anybody think that the song's title was inspired by the Mc.Carther twins? I've wondered for years, after seeing them on Oprah once.

I'm really not trying to be offensive. I just honestly wondered if this is where the title came from. I mean, it is a strange title and the lyrics (such as they are) don't give anything away as to the meaning of the title.

I think the title is just a reference to who he was being compared to at the time, in terms of him losing his edge to the more edgy rap.
