If you mean the SHM (Super High Material) Mini LP CD issue of Sign O' The Times, this was released a few years back in Japan.
You might try Ebay, for example. ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift.

Wouldn't you rather wait a few years for the (probably) SOTT official remaster?

I've read conflicting reports on this site over the years on whether the SHM discs actually have improved sound quality and whether or not it is worth the money spent... The ones I've heard are louder, at least... but not earth shattering in any way.

Impressive collection. I'm also a DM, ELO and Beatles fan!

iTunes volume preset (done per song or per album) does a pretty good job of making albums like SOTT or The Black Album sound a lot better. I believe it does this non-destructively too. . ReplayGain is what most people use, but it scans your entire music collection and adjusts them all to be in the same range. I'm not a fan of this (even though it's the standard) because I just like to leave most songs how they were ripped from CD, as-is.

Seems to be a debate on whether or not a vinyl rip is better than the original CD also... "Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." --Plato

Then I need to get a rip of SOTT! "Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." --Plato
