funkyhead	Help RE Prince & Trombone Shorty collaborations.. Just bought Trombones 2nd album [True] & am blowwwwwn away!. Before I google! does anyone know what involvement they have had together?, i know they have recorded stuff & possiby done some live gigs. On a side note I really recoomend the CD, if you like NPG style horn driven funk then it's for you.

Trombone Shorty plays the trombone solo on "People Pleaser" on Andy Allo's album.

He solos along with Maceo Parker on "If I Was King" as well as "People Pleaser" on Andy Allo's "Superconductor" CD.

Trombone Shorty is an amazing talent, which he has shown from a very young age.

There's a clip on youtube of him jamming with Wynton Marsalis as a 13 year old, and you can tell he had "it" even then. (great trumpet player too)
