Are 2 albums on their way?[Prince & 3EG featuring Prince] based purely on the fact that the fall in love 2nite single is being sold as a Prince song & others are being sold as 3EG. Anyone know? | |

Who knows? I would say a 3EG for sure. Prince is way too unpredictable to even speculate what he migh have planned. Everybody stop on the 1...GOOD GOD! Uhh! | |

Yes I believe it is separate to the 3EG stuff - similar to the stuff for sale on 3rdEyetunes like 'Ain't Gonna Miss U'. The solo studio Prince material that doesn't include the girls. I know it crosses over though as Josh is involved and the girls may play on some of the 'Prince only' songs, but Prince has focused on the rock trio sound for 3EG, and should sound more organic/analog/live in the studio. | |

Sounds great but I'm thinking that's just wishfull thinking.
FallInLOve would seem to be to be written as a one off for New Girl and musically aimed at the same demographic as the show. If the milk turns out to be sour, I aint the kinda pussy to drink it! | |

A little bird told me that P has recorded an impressive amount of non-3EG material these last 3 years, and despite having a feeling that some of this material will be released as a "Prince" album in 2014, the little bird in question has no clue whether it will happen or not (Prince keeps his plans for himself). I would think the person who started this thread is bothered by it/them enough to you know start a thread about it/them. When  go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all  up in the house but when log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming! | |

dude, when I started the thread I was genuinley excited...BUT as usual P seems to have lost interest & the focus is now on the publsihing deal. I also fail to comprehend that his best chance of a it in years [Fall in love 2nite] is not being hammered by him & his team & being used as a launch pad for a new album. I love the dude BUT as many on here will agree..he really is a confusing little fucker!! | |
