I took it as sarcasm because I asked for "proof".. either way, I'm unaffected by the comment so it doesn't really matter. [Edited 3/19/14 12:13pm] Everybody stop on the 1...GOOD GOD! Uhh!

It would have made perfect sense in 92-94 when P offered her Baby Doll (and reportedly there were rumors of them recording a track called Sex On Legs but since it ain't on Princevault and Kylie says they never recorded anything together I suppose it was a hoax) but now it would be totally ridiculous. The only viable options would be for Kylie to cut the crap and record a serious album or a R&B album in which a Prince song could fit (but that would mean losing most of the sales she makes with her soporific dance crap for retarded teenagers), or for Prince to have her as a vocalist on a song of his own, therefore fully incorporating her in his own musical universe. But him writing a song for her that would fit in the middle of the nonsense she's doing now, I don't see how it could heppen. A Prince song could fit in the middle of a huge pile of shit back in the 80's or early 90's (Kenny Rogers, Sheena Easton's Nothing But A Heart, Louie Louie, Céline Dion...) but now the gap between his sound and the sound of contemporary dance artists is way too big (and thanks God for that!). Yeah I agree with that. It would only work if he incorporated her into one of his songs. Her label would not allow one of his track in her contemporary generic pop-dance albums. [Edited 3/19/14 7:55am] Change it one more time..

There was a rumour about a collaboration a while ago, so maybe it could happen. Doesn't make it right, she simply can't sing. Without Cathy Dennis she'd be nowhere.
I did rate Put yourself in my place, but that really needed a better singer on it to do it justice.
It also doesn't bode well for Prince's lament on the lack of talent in the industry, Kylie is hardly the pinnacle of quality acts. There are some credible, talented pop artists out there but she ain't it.
