It blew my mind. Just so chilled, relaxed and raw....

Never dug it at all...maybe I should dig it out again but every time I have I've felt the same. Arboretum aside it's not very good at all in my opinion...but I know I'm in the minority P-p-e-n-g-u-i-n......the P is silent

its not so much the song content etc.
its just simply beautiful piano playing and that feeling on most of the tracks that you there on your own and he is singing to you feeling lonely etc. I just seems to work.

I think this one's best enjoyed in full. Aside from maybe Pearls B4 The Swine or Case Of U, the songs sound stronger together. I can't imagine someone putting on Objects In The Mirror by itself and feeling satisfied. "That's when stars collide. When there's space for what u want, and ur heart is open wide."

This was the era he got back to being daring, bold and new again.....it's a shame it only lasted 3 years. In my opinion, this era represents how Prince REALLY feels. Shunning the mainstream, deep thinking, speaking his mind without fear of the bridges burned, no hits, etc, etc. This Post is produced, arranged, composed and performed by WetDream

I get thought many, many tines about ensuing it after my first copy went for £80...but nobody seems that interested in it P-p-e-n-g-u-i-n......the P is silent
