Yep, same thing happened to me. If that thread had fallen off the front page I would not have known about the new song being released.
If you're going to lock the relevent thread at least update the title of the other one to say, now on iTunes. RIP

Anyone in UK managed to get it from US iTunes? I tried but account isnt set up for US or any word when it will be on UK iTunes?

Nope, was just going to post that thread locking hasn't mattered as I can't find it on the UK iTunes store anyway. Found a 2 minute clip, sounds good but the chorus sounds messy to me.
Found link to the track on US iTunes, takes me to the store, enter iTunes details, computer says no, must go back to UK store.
Cheers Prince, guess I'l have to find a pirate version now. Will buy it when you let me! [Edited 2/3/14 2:26am] RIP

Well..the chours was awful cant stand it, even worse than Fixurlifeup Other than that it was an ok song, but I feel that one listen is enough. Welcome 2 The Dawn

Ok....forced to use an entirely innacurate thread....and its even a sticky...lol. Go to 3rdeyegirl and no mention of the song. But go to the closed/locked thread and accurate info is there.
Anyways.... Cool song! Fun and sassy/sexy/naughty take on make love not war theme. Like Bonnie and Clyde took a day off to [Edited 2/3/14 3:46am]

Heard it all now and it's ok, although I really don't like the girsl voices on the chorus, would be much better with just Prince there as it sounds awfully messy. Worse 3rdeyegirl track for me so far, I've really liked all the other stuff I've heard including Fixurlifeup which I love. Oh, apart from Live Out Loud, forgot about that nonsense! RIP

well, it sho ain't comparable to music that's out there now...if that was part of Prince's mandate, he succeeded No justice, No peace

The phrase 'pretzelbodylogic' doesn't sound very 'tidy' to me to begin with. Its messy...but appropriately messy. I likes it for the very reasons u don't...music's funny, ain't it. My fave 3rdeyegirl track so far. Plectrum is a very cool second.

Listened to it five or six times now. I find it boring. Doesn't grab me. Find that chanting irritating. Sorry. It might grow on me. Sometimes Prince songs take a while for me to get into. ...every night another symphony...

Btw the chorus sounds familiar (the way they are singing it, not the lyrics), I can swear I heard it somewhere elese at some point. [Edited 2/3/14 4:04am] [Edited 2/3/14 4:36am] Welcome 2 The Dawn

It is boring. Try to put this song after "sexual suicide" for example and your stereo will kill itselft. One upon a time mr Nelson put so many strange things in 3 minutes of song, avant-guarde arrangment, now it seems a karaoke lesson.

What the hell is going on with that chorus? Anyway... Track is dull, boring and forgettable, much like FYLU. Seems that having 'young people' around you doesn't spark much inspiration. Keenmeister

I actually don't mind it at all. Glad he going the lead vocal, not sure on the girls shout bit. Overall best by 3rd eye so far She Believed in Fairytales and Princes, He Believed the voices coming from his stereo

Why you guys always have to compare his new stuff to the fucking 80s is beyond me. If you live for the 80s, stick to Prince's 80s albums...

just wasted .99p on UK Itunes. Oh bless..it really is awful..well & truly awful. The Disney channel kids movies rock harder than this. Does this track make me want to drop verything & go to London this week...errrr no!!. For some real soul / funk go check out Paulo Nuttini, Paloma Faiths & Emma B.s new song [Radio 1 live lounge performance].
Fair play to P for working with new people BUT the music HAS to be stellar.

I like it, it has a bit of a Stones feel to me. Still think he could do better with the lyrics tho'. 2 sleepy 2 get a gun? What the hell does that mean? [Edited 2/3/14 5:30am]

This track brings to mind a bar band covering Black Sabbath's "Iron Man" , but it's not nearly as unlistenable than I had expected.

Lyrics also speak of the tiresome life on the road. It's beginning to make a bit more sense, but I still don't think it's the best metaphor he could have come up with. But anyway, after Da Bourgeoisie this is another cool piece of dirty funkrock. I'm beginning to enjoy his stuff again.
