Look--the thing with Jester was cool--but what's the point in comparing his giving one fan a big night and his threatening to take EVERYTHING from 20 others (and anyone else he could find) who haven't really hurt him in any way and haven't profited from their activities. He might have the legal right to some money (and maybe even an ungodly ridiculous and cruel amount like a million--I certainly don't know)--but from a moral, human standpoint, it's bullying and mean.

Even when they gave Jester Live Out Loud, I got the impression that they suddenly turned all threatening when he didn't "share" in the way they approved of (apparently not realizing that a stream was readily downloadable to anyone who knows much about the internet). And does the other person who got the Live Out Loud preview still exist on YT--I know they used to have stuff that involved manipulating P material, and it doesn't still seem to be around.

Being able to do something doesn't mean you should; having the right to do something doesn't mean it's right. I don't see anything right in what's coming out of Paisley in this.
